Booking Fees

A nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total on the day.
Booking Fees:

• Full Sets: £30

• Infills / Lash Lift / Brows / Standard Makeup: £20

• Treatments £20 or under: full payment required upfront

Important: Booking fees are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Minimum 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule.

• Last-minute cancellations forfeit the booking fee; a new nonrefundable fee is required to rebook.

• No-shows must pay the full amount for their next appointment.

• No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

Patch Tests

• Required for new clients, returning clients after 6 months, or clients with recent medical changes — must be done 48 hours prior.

• No patch test = no appointment.

• Lash extension patch tests: lashes must be makeup-free and extension-free.

• £5 deposit required; can be deducted from the main appointment or refunded if you attend on time.

• Clients booking their main appointment in advance are exempt from the £5 deposit — use code PATCHTEST5.

Appointment Etiquette

• No guests allowed (unless under 18 or requiring assistance—please message first).

• Arrive on time. Message me on arrival and wait for a response before entering.

• Late arrivals: Over 15 minutes with no contact may result in cancellation. (Patch tests: 5 minutes max.)

• For lash & brow appointments, arrive with the treatment area completely clean and makeup-free.

• To ensure full application time, arrive with no eye makeup for all lash appointments.

Lash Appointment Policy

• Infills: Every 2–3 weeks with at least 40% of lashes remaining. Arriving with only a few lashes will forfeit your booking fee and require rebooking.

• I do not infill other technicians’ work — a removal and full set will be required.

 Age Policy

• Lash Extensions: 18+ only. Ages 16–17 may have them with parent/guardian consent. No treatment under 16.

• Tinting / Brow Lamination / Lash Lift & Tint / Gel Polish: 16+ only. Ages 16–17 require parent/guardian consent. No treatment under 16.

• Under 16s must have a parent/guardian present at all appointments.

• Failure to comply with policies may result in cancellation of your treatment.

Payment Policy

• Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.

• Full payment is required at the end of your treatment whilst at the salon.

• Failure to pay will result in cancellation of future appointments.

 Refund & Aftercare Policy

• No refunds are offered, as products and time have already been used.

• Any issues with your treatment must be reported within 48 hours.

• After 48 hours, contact me for a restoration quote if needed.
