Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy • A nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total on the day. • 48 hrs notice is needed to reschedule. • Last-minute cancellations will need a new booking fee to rebook. • No-shows must pay the full amount upfront to rebook or keep future appointments. • No refunds under any circumstances. Patch Test • Required for new clients or if it’s been 6+ months since your last visit. • Must be booked at least 48 hrs before your appointment via the online system. • No patch test = no appointment. Appointments • No guests (unless under 18 or need assistance—message me first). • Arrive on time. If late by 15+ mins with no contact, it’s a no-show. • For patch tests, 5+ mins late = cancelled.
