Service Description
LASH Extension PATCH TEST: is a few lash extensions on your natural lashes. Lash Extension patch test requires makeup free and lash extension free lashes!! LASH LIFT/ Brow lamination and HD brows: solution and tint is placed in the inner elbow/ arm. Do not worry if your not sure what you want, this is a great time for us to chat and discuss the options & any other information.. just message via Insta or FB. PATCH TEST INFORMATION (PLEASE READ) New clients/ Returning clients after 6 Months OR any RECENT change in MEDICAL HISTORY must book a patch test at least 48 hrs before the appointment. No patch test = No appointment. The £5 patch test deposit can be moved to main appointment or refunded ONLY.. if you show up/ on time to the appointment. Clients that book the main appointment ahead will be exempt from the £5 deposit for the patch test, please use the code 'patchtest5' at the checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy • A nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total on the day. • 48 hrs notice is needed to reschedule. • Last-minute cancellations will need a new booking fee to rebook. • No-shows must pay the full amount upfront to rebook or keep future appointments. • No refunds under any circumstances. Patch Test • Required for new clients or if it’s been 6+ months since your last visit. • Must be booked at least 48 hrs before your appointment via the online system. • No patch test = no appointment. Appointments • No guests (unless under 18 or need assistance—message me first). • Arrive on time. If late by 15+ mins with no contact, it’s a no-show. • For patch tests, 5+ mins late = cancelled.
